Yoga came to me several years ago as a way of managing stress during my legal studies. It has never left me and my passion for this discipline has only grown.
Yoga has been with me at different times in my life (my two pregnancies, my back injury). It has helped me to reconnect with my body, my sensations and to listen to myself.
Yoga is something that accompanies me both on and off the mat. It has imposed itself as something that transforms all areas of my life.
After several years of practice, I decided to train and become a teacher. My approach is one of modern yoga, accessible to all.
